STRATEGYEDGE is an annual flagship initiative of the CII-SNCEL that features some of the world’s renowned thought-leaders on Strategy and Innovation sharing the latest insights with the Indian business community. OUTTHINK:

OUTTHINK is a virtual knowledge series held in two different formats - modular masterclasses and multiple strategy sessions. The series features reputed global academicians/ domain experts on a broad range of subjects such as Marketing & Branding, Strategy & Innovation and Digital Transformation among others. These highly interactive masterclasses/ strategy sessions are aimed at senior leaders and showcases actionable insights that can be leveraged by participants for responding to emerging uncertainties and ensuring optimal business outcomes.

KNOWLEDGE PLATFORMS

The Centre organises several Conferences/ Roundtables/ Panel Discussions with the objective of gathering like-minded individuals from across the country, to ideate, discuss thoughts, deliberate pressing issues, network, share ideas, create new ideas, and to ignite thoughts. AWARDS AND ASSESSMENTS

The CII National HR Excellence Award recognizes organizations achieving exemplary HR performance and practices within a National Framework Model that has been developed to enable organizations navigate towards accomplishing excellence in HR. The model comprises a three- pronged method of awards, assessments, and assessor training workshops.
