About the Programme:

Strategic management space is crowded. Using its strong industry connect, CII COEL researched to find recipe for the secret sauce that made strategies successful. It found that a leadership mindset reorientation programs needed a blended approach that demonstrated application of latest thoughts in practical situations, to deliver sustainable advantage in real time. Execution was the critical component, where Mentoring played a key role. Living by its motto of “By the Leaders : For the Leaders” it set upon creating an unique experiential program that was insight rich and implementation heavy. Bull’s Eye Habit was born with the primary objective of increasing the success rate of middle to senior level leaders, who could relentlessly challenge the boundaries of possibility, to come up with strategic interventions for turbocharging organisational growth.




The first batch was a resounding success. It drew participants from a wide spectrum of industries from mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, pharma to services. The maiden batch was sold out quick time, necessitating the next edition followed. Reviewing the experience and analyzing the feedback COEL worked with its partner the Strategy Academy to enhance the attributes of the program. It has thoroughly upgraded the offering to make it more participative and action learning oriented. One key departure includes going into the phygital mode, where after a series of online sessions, participants come to the Strategy Gurukul at the Centre of Excellence. During their stay at the Centre they are given an opportunity to imbibe ways of implementing the lessons in their real-life in-company situations under the expert supervision of one of the leading lights of Strategic Management in the country Prof Ranjan Das.
